Hey, so, I created my Void Elf Priest this year, leveled to lvl 33 and stoped playing, I accepted the gear update and leveled it to 70 last week. Did not get the quest or the achiev for Void Elf heritage.

Hello there, the same thing seems to have happened to my priest Valindra 
Sadly I used the “Gear Up” thingy on one other toon I was leveling for the heritage armor

My 50 lvl Kul Tiran (Guendolyna - Silvermoon) still hasn’t received neither the quest, nor the armor.

The fix didn’t seem to work on my priest
The achievement is still in the game tracker and no quest to be found at the Void Elf area

any updates on this?
was hoping for a sort before i look at other characters,sadly i used the gift on highmountain/dark iron and zandalari so dont see the point in levelling if we get told it cant be fixed.
still not got heritage quest on mekkashotz - doomhammer after i used the welcome back gift.
Frustratingly still not fixed, was really looking forward to/enjoying levelling characters until this happened

Just to be clear, only players who used a Welcome back gift during the first couple of days of the patch (early July), before the bug was fixed, should be affected. Most of them have been fixed later on by the developers.
If you believe that you fall in this category, please post the name and realm of said character.
Outside of this specific case, Heritage armor quests are working as intended and you can level up any character without any issue.

I have my Void Elf priest and my Zandalari Troll hunter :
Valindra - Naxxramas
Tehenhauin - Naxxramas
The void elf is level 61 and the Zandalari Troll is not yet at level 50 so I don’t know if he will be affected.
