Hi all. Have to say i am not sure there is any need for this damage speaking in what i have heard from the ptr, but now that that legacy of the windrunners and wailing arrow has gone from the spec tree maybe they can become dark ranger theme. This hero spec have many useless talents so i think what about let wailing arrow blend in, but now instead of how it was proc in our current spec tree, let it proc from black arrow. Like “every X” black arrows makes our next aimed shot become wailing arrow, or “black arrow have x%” to proc wailing arrow. Will be happy to hear more thoughts on that idea, so let me know what you guys thinks.
