Valdrakken Bank has under-water effect

I wanted to use the in-game “bug report” but the support page is not even opening after waiting for 2 minutes so I will post this here.

In the Valdrakken bank, if you go near the banker NPCs, it shows the breath meter. And if it runs out you die. Players corpses are lying there. Having this show up on all my characters.

If anyone else is having this please report it from the in-game bug report panel as I am unable to do that.
