The valor cap has not reset, or added to on reset? Cannot now earn valor for dungeons this week.

Same. Question is if the first cap 3200 was intended like 2 weekly merged cap or it is currently a bug.

not a rumor, you’d expect to see a blue post here saying “no vp this week bois”, bookmark the NA forums for future information 
I had 3200 Valor before reset and was sent down to 1600 with 3200/3200 cap so lost 1600 for no reason with no means to get it back.
