Valor Point from RDF reward missing between 6Am and 7AM

Hello, i ran 2 heroic dungeons using the RDF tool between 6AM and 7AM (CEST).

I got no Valor point awarded for those runs and i only have 5 rewards remaining this week.
That’s 480 Valor Point i can’t get back by myself.

I’d like to either get my missing Valor Points credited or my 2 weekly reward returned. Is this the right place to ask this ?
