What we can spend Valor points on if I cant upgrade my gear anymore? On S3 we could buy crates in oribos for 500valor with m+gear for alta but npc doesnt offer it anymore..

Nothing. You literally can’t do anything with it. Currently sitting on 14k+ on my main and I guess they’re going to be there until DF.
There are vendors in Oribos (near the vault), you can convert it to other mats.
