What’s the drop rate on these tokens? Not whining here, genuinely baffled. I’ve ran Naxx with 4 different druid characters and not had a single druid token drop yet.
Also only ever seen one person with this set mogged. Are they rare or something?
I think the problem is the Legacy Loot. Since the introdcution of Personal Loot everywhere and subsequent Legacy Loot for old raids I’ve noticed that is much harder to get the set tokens.

Exactly. Back then, these bosses used to drop, for example 2 items, one set token (out of the 3 possible tokens) and one other item (out of, let’s say 10 possible items). So you had a 1/3 chance to get the token you needed.
Now you simply get two drops, with no guaranteed token, all from the same pool. So your chance to get the token you need is rougly 2/13, which is way worse.
