Vampiric Embrace needs to be off GCD, just like similair spells from other classes, like Shaman and Druid

Shaman’s Ancestral Guidance is off gcd.
Druid’s Nature’s Vigil is off gcd.
Priest’s Vampiric Embrace is ON gcd.
