Adding the exact thing about RDF I did NOT like ie. the bribes for Tank/Healer, but not the teleport, or automatic grouping.
Add this to
the eleventysomething changes already implemented,
the “Quality of Life” features from patches 3.3.0 - 3.3.5 already added,
the bungling and oops-ing every single time there’s an event or holiday,
the bugs never being removed,
the incredible incompetence with ‘consolidation’ of servers (some toons are still drifting through the Twisting Nether)
the increcible triple mess with opening of fresh servers.
This is where I activate Joyous Journey buff to power through the levels to do the Brewfest Achievements (hhopefully getting 100 G for the Fast Brewfest Ram), and then I’m going to “Achievement-log” in Wrath-C. Meaning that I’m only going to play Wrath whenever there’s a holiday or an event giving me some Achievements. The rest of the time, I’m off to Era.
Why would Blizz care? You are still paying your sub. Don’t get me wrong: I agree about the changes. I’m going to level through the new zones and then likely quit as well.^^
Have to agree. They’re changing an edition of the game that didn’t need changes. They’re furthermore modifying it with features from a version of the game which is a massive failure expecting different results this time around. They’re only destroying things that made Wrath good and kept people playing.
The truth of it really, classic with 0 changes was not good, yeah it had some fun aspects but as everyone said it was far too easy, the only different then and now is, is that people had 0 clue what they where doing back then, without changes yet again Wrath will be a cakewalk, i mean look at the beta p1, naxx is done in 45 mins to an hour because it’s too easy.
RDF / LFG: The former enables immersion and questing with random interruptions, somewhat predictable (queue with estimated time), while the latter requires fiddling with the UI so it’s best done while idling in cities or inns.
In any event, they tried to present it, I’m just not buying the argument.
Undeniable advantage, you have some power over group composition.
Heroic changes: There are points in favor of both changes. Role shortage for one, and the ability to earn catch-up loot by fighting (also more difficult) bosses in dungeons (add TBC as well, please) instead of just farming currency in increasingly trivial dungeons as time goes on.
One risk, of course, is finding people for +0 as time goes on. Then again, mixing people was an issue by itself.
If they first explained what they hear, see, with genuine words not just pure marketing, then I guess people would be understanding. Especially if the solution came a week later, giving people some time to process the problem.
I don’t know i do not look at music like that
i just listen to what sounds good and it doesn’t matter if it’s 70’ or 90’ or even something that was released yesterday
This is currently my plan also. As these changes are things they’re doing before it’s even released, never mind the rubbish they’re going to do when it’s live. I’m sure “alternative” servers can provide a Classic experience more than the company that actually created the game.
