I’m trying to remove gylph from my crusader spell on the charecter i posted (alhoofy), but when im using vanishing powder a message box pop but there is no text just a Yes or No option and then nothing happnes.
I have tried removing another glyph im using on my divine steed spell and removing works fine.
I did try loging off and and on changing server ect ect.
Please help i want to see the new crusader animation…
I’m assuming you mean Avenging Wrath?
Oddly your post reminded me that I needed to do the same. However when I logged in, I found only my Protection spec had it glyphed and I could remove it with Vanishing Powder without issue.
That said, my Holy spec is still using the old animation despite it not showing as glyphed, but using the talent Sanctified Wrath. When I changed it to Avenging Crusader I had the correct new animation, but when I change it back to Sanctified or Awakening, my Avenging/Sanctified Wrath is still the old animation as if it is Glyphed. As they say in Suramar… something is not quite right.
I will report it as a bug and suggest you do the same, use the help tool in game and choose submit a bug.
Update.
I have fixed it.
I had to glyph it again with Glyph of Winged Vengance whilst in holy spec, then use the powder to remove it again and now it’s all good.
If I recall from the patch notes, some glyphs are class wide and I suspect that perhaps it is not removing from all specs when you use the powder.
Try reglyphing it whilst on your main spec, then use the powder on it.
Edit: and now its back again to the old animation … ARRRGHHH!
Edit 2: I applied and removed the glyph on all three specs, which was fine until I changed back to Holy and the old glyphed animation was back again. I have submitted a bug report.
Thanks for the reply shammoz i got it fixed.
You reminded me that i had it on my protection and not only ret so i removed the glyph there no problem.
Then i changed back to ret but it told me i didnt have any glyph on (even tho the spell was marked with pink on the corner) and applaying a new glyph told me another spell was alreary overwirting it.
I noticed that i had crusade talent choosen so i switched to somthing else, then reapplied the glyph used avenging wrath log off removed the glyph ,log off again then it was working as intended.
All i can get from this is that if you have any skill/talent that is augmenting avenging wrath (maybe talent/legendary/tier set/ azerith armor) try removing that then reapply glyph and removing it once again.
Abit of a weird problem this was.
Ah, yes that might be it, I think i have an azerite talent for Avenging Wrath, will try it all again tomorrow.

- Fixed an issue causing some Holy Paladins to see the Glyph of Winged Vengeance visual regardless of whether the glyph was active or not.
