Update. I have fixed it. I had to glyph it again with Glyph of Winged Vengance whilst in holy spec, then use the powder to remove it again and now it’s all good. If I recall from the patch notes, some glyphs are class wide and I suspect that perhaps it is not removing from all specs when you use …
