I have a huge issue with Vantus Rune over the last 3 weeks. My guild is currently progressing Mythic Silken Court and therefore we use Vantus Rune for it every Wednesday.
For some reason my Vantus Rune buff disappeares every weekend and I have to progress without it during monday raids. At first, I thought that it’s just a display issue, but it turned out that when we pull the boss, I do not get extra Versatility - so the Vantus rune buff really does not exist.
I was trying to use Vantur Rune again on the same boss but the game don’t let me and I get an error saying that I have already used Vantus rune this week.
It’s so frustrating because Blizz again does not care about it. I have sent multiple tickets about it and the answers I got were more and more ridiculous:
"The Vantus Runes can only be used once per week. The buff applies to a select raid boss of the player’s choice and cannot be changed. We are not able to reapply the Vantus buff, nor can we reset the weekly cooldown. "
When I replied that I do not have any Vantus rune active so why I can’t use it they replied
"Keep in mind that as you are aware, this buff can only be used once per week, which most likely indicates that the buff was used somewhere else. (the buff can only be used one one raid boss). "
When I replied them again that if I used Vantus somewhere else, I would have this buff active and even linked them my logs from Thursday (with buff) and from Monday (without buff), they replied that:
"From my investigation, I cannot confirm any issues or verify why the buff disappeared despite being applied to Silke Court already. "
I feel very frustrated, angry and disappointed. I gave them every data showing that I had this buff 2 days ago, don’t have it anymore and that I am unable to use it again and they keep answering that I must have used it somewhere else.
Did enyone had the same issue? I need your help
