Since there seems to be an issue, you may need to report it as a bug through the ingame bug report panel.
It seems to re-occur sometimes as I see a couple reports over at the US bug report forum.
Edit: Checking over the replies it appears you were given written normal answers. They don’t fix bugs either so it doesn’t seem some odd answer was given.
