Vareesa Windrunner Vanished

After completing “Rendevous with the courier” and talking to Vareesa, she vanished before giving me the next part in the order hall/artifact quest chain, and now I cannot progress in Legion.

She is meant to give the quest “Clandestine Operation” to you.

Also it looks like because I can’t progress into legion, I can’t even queue for random legion dungeons or do any other quests in legion until this is fixed…

I see someone on US forum has same issue.

Same problem.
I did the intro quests, and the first artifact (beast master) then proceeded with Marksman. After completing “Call of the Marksman”, Vereese and any npc in tha island disappear. I tried making also Broken Shore intro and some quests. Nothing.
