Bilizard needs to buff VDH a little more. Doing M+ with VDH is a lot harder than doing them with other tanks it’s almost like taking a 25 with warrior when u tanking a 20 with VDH. I mean I understand some classes are meta but there need to be some sort of balance too 
VDH needs buff for sure.
Everything we need to be not so bad is
a bit more dps and
some Talent Replacement.
Sigil of Chain should be reachable. Atm we need to spend 3 Points for i would say “Cosmetic” Talents… It will make our gameplay a bit faster and better for the group. This will correct a bit some problems with threat generation on pull.
After giving warriors Spell Block i would say we are not more best tanks against magic damage. But we were designed like this btw cause we are very paper against phys damage and we need to be always smart… Would love to see something usefull in talent tree that can make us a bit stronger against magic.
Everything else is totally fine atm.
