VDH: Souls shouldn't be automatically consumed near walls

Currently if you stand near a wall (or any obstacle even small) some souls may be consumed. Any stairs - a big loss of dps.
Do you think it’s a good idea to prevent it?
Also, souls are consumed when you move.
Considering you never want to consume them like that, doesn’t it make sense to remove it?

I think souls should be just a buff with no visual indication and with no way to consume it somehow without using a skill (or overcapping).

I strongly agree! Might be the change Vdh needs

Why not change it so that instead of the souls being on the ground they’re a stacking buff on the player?

When you move out of the souls’ range without eating them/consuming them with Bomb/Cleave, they just get wasted. So have them be a buff on the player instead, that you can spend on Spirit Bomb or consume via Cleave.

That’s what I meant. They should be a buff. No visual, but much higher quality.
So many times I got no damage from them because they were consumed immediately just because there was a small stone.
