How I can buy vendor mount (mammoth for 20k) on low level character? I have around 30k on another realm where I have only 30 lvl character, teleports aint working for me.
Ask a friend to make a 110 trial character on that realm and let him give you a portal and fly you there!

Mei Francis is in Northrend Dalaran; just need a Group Portal from a Mage.

like already mentioned, a mage is your best bet.
Or make a trail char, mail over the money and jump in the normal portal if us mages are being mean
