So i recieved the item "Venerated Anima Spherule fated version ilvl 298 "( from the weekly quest) but i can’t use it because i don’t meet the requirements. The Npc Stoneweaver McConnell doesnt let my buy it. It seems that the npc doesnt gave the corect item or the token that i received is bugged. I reported the bug and also have a ticket open … and still i can’t use the token.
This is a known issue and is discussed here:
tl;dr is that if you contact support they will exchange the faulty item for one that works. Until your ticket is dealt with there isn’t another remedy I’m afraid.
I did contacted them. And a GM told me to Bug report, wich i did. And this was like 2 or 3 days ago.
I would suggest you contact them again. Don’t report the bug - just say you have the Animated Spherule (or whatever it’s called) and it cannot be traded and could they please exchange it for one that works.
Don’t say anything else or it might be misinterpreted. The Blizzard staff on the fora cannot assist with this issue.
