Hello. Are Vengeance Demon Hunters welcomed in mythics + and raids? I’ve been wanting to go tank for a while as it seems much easier to gear up , I’m currently leveling a DH and don’t know yet whether if I should go tank or DPS.
I play both for raids and M+. I never thought I’d enjoy tanking, vengeance made me realize it can be fun. It’s good to have both specs imo, but I’d focus on what you want to play the most.

Any tank is welcome, but when it comes down to choice, a vengeance demon hunter is probably the last pick for anyone. They’re not in a very good spot right now.
You’re much more likely to get into group content as a Havoc DH because they’re very strong right now, especially in m+.

Monk and warrior are BIS for m+. Monks are also wanted for raids.
Then it doesn’t matter which tank you play. Every tank has something and lacks something.
The most important thing in m+ is not what tank class you play but your overall knowladge of the dungeon.
You decide the pulls and you should always do them to not wipe the group.
It is always better to have DH tank who has route planned for exactly 100%, who doesn’t pull lasher or 3 temple spiritualists with tide emissary than monk tank which does these mistakes.
People who go only for BIS class are stupid people. I will rather have feral druid which knows dungeon abilities than rogue that will wipe us.
So just play what you enjoy. As tank you will not have much trouble to get in to groups, because tanks are rare these days. Focus on learning the mechanics and pulls and then you will be welcomed in any party.

There is absolutly no worry about to get not invited as Demon-hunter tank. DH is till +16 keys absolutely fun to play.
If you are happy with everything between +2 and +15, DH tank is awesome, even for the healer
If someone told you DH tank is bad and squishy bla bla…just ignore them, they don’t know anything about it. DH is at moment even better thank BDK and druid. So go for it. You will love it

Healers I play with constantly tell me they barely have to heal me because of my self-healing 
True. Same thing. My self healing per dung is 2-3 times more than healers healing on me.
