People are asking about a fix for that since December 2022. At cursor macros for Sigil of Flame and Sigil of Silence for Vengeance DH are not working. They are grey if you put them in the action bars and it says spell not learned if you press it.
It’s not the place to report bugs. EU bug reporting is from in-game support.
I thought the same but guess what…the in game bug support leads you to the forums!!!
Works for me. Blizz action bars have been causing taints since 10.0 though I think. Are you using bartender or elvui? If not try one of them
I tried with Bartender and with Default ones 
- Can you post the exact macro you’re using?
- What key do you have it bound to?
- Is your Self Cast Key set to None?

it’s bound to “4”. It works for Havoc but if you change to Vengeance it’s grey and says spell not learned unless you log out and then log back in.
