Hi

[Shattered Souls] - please revert this nerf, go back to 8% from 6%.
and please buff frailty from 10% to 15%

you nerfed Spirit bomb damage, in the target cap rework, kinda un cool as the only spec to be nerfed in 9.1.5. double the damage of spirit bomb so the aoe component is the same.
