Vengeance viable in PVP

During my last years WOW I only played PVE. Now I am playing DH as a Tank, I am rather Casual so I don’t want to farm 2 Equips.

Since the War Mode, PVP has been introduced again more frequently a year ago. With Havoc it was fun but with Vengeance I feel utterly useless.

No Stun
Very LoW Damage
Can’t bind people to me

Am I not getting something? It seems like V. is super useless except as a flag carrier. Really makes me overthink the choice right now since it is not much fun.

Do I need to pick specifiv PVP Talents to make it work? Icy Veins does not even have a V. Section in the PVP Guides…

You play vengeance to carry flags, not much else to it. You’re one of the best flag carriers in the game.

I guess. But it was more a matter of world PVP for me and not BGs
