Its just mind-boogling that versa gets nerfed but the most overpowered broken spec right now gets to keep full value of its BiS-corruption. Why not just nerf corruptions 33% across the board? jesus.

Why not just disable corruptions from pvp? They clearly dont know how to balance corruptions so why not just disable it?

Cause rogues were crying and they’re more important than us.
We are grinding echoes for corrupts , we buy them then they nerf it, They should give back our echoes.I bet when gushing wound corrupt starts to selling , they will nerf it again in pvp and burn our echoes for nothing.

Well, that’s just how MMOs work. You don’t own any exclusive rights to your virtual items, and the company can make changes, or even take it away from you without warning if they wanted to.
You’re not entitled to compensation either. Yes it sucks, but if you’re going to play an MMO you need to be prepared for these kind of things.
Let’s not forget lash of void being so blatantly broken with no CD and giving slows to the class that shouldn’t have one.

Corruptions should never have been active in rated pvp. But its too late now… If they disable it now… they need to restart the season.
You forget it’s masterful 3 day, so mages are going to have a field trip on everyone with colossal pyros.
It’s incredible they still don’t really think at what they are doing, they just hammer stuff here and there sometime with no clues on the outcome.
I don’t think masterful is the play in PvP. It hardly does much out of combust and haste/vers are stronger.
Let’s wait a week and see how this ages.

Works also for paladins wings but the point was they nerf 1 think regardless of all the others, despite having classes that responds much differently to specific stuff.
Plus all the farce with echoes, after the fiasco of people having none and people having a ton when the vendor went live, you have now people who bought ton of versa, to find it nerfed later.
It’s not a good way to fix things, makes only people angry.
I agree and there is still time before sl hits. Restart season without corruption and give players that blue version of current elite set. Even if it were “mini season” it would be much better than current one.
Thing about masterful is… it gains power from blaster master azerite trait. BM is nerfed in PvP combat. Doesn’t give you quite as much value as it does in PvE.
