I'm so going to report this bug every time it catches my eye. This game is built around playing a character.. and my character has a white line on the back!

My character has a noticeable white line on its back that I see literally every time I log in. I don't like it. I want it changed since that's clearly a texture bug.

Some of you might think "oh this Rogue has nothing better to do blah blah".
Well, I'm glad your characters are fine or you just don't care :)

I dont understand why its still not fixed.
Its such a big bug in my opinion.

I do have that same bug after I have installed WoW after a 2-expansion break. Affects only female characters, though.

I have that bug as well. Affects all characters more or less. Only visible from far away and on naked skin only.

The issue is much less noticeable at higher resolutions. The lower resolution you go the more visible this line is.

However this is pretty annoying, especially if your character is wearing dark colored armor, glaringly obvious.

Been having the same issue since 8.0. No amount of different AA or Post-Processing or Resolution Scaling has fixed it.

I've been experiencing the exact same bug for two months now.
I don't know about these white lines, but from other posts I've viewed, the black lines all tend to have common affects on female (only) character models; such as:
- The black line only appears on bare skin.
- Can only be seen on the front.
- Female model-specific.
- Intensifies with distance / lower AAs.
- Does not phase through armour.
- Is butt annoying and should be brought to Blizzard's attention for an immediate fix!

I can even see it through armor. Additionally, I can see the black lines on my hair, face, and the amount of jagged lines and weird pixels around my character is insufferable. Again, it's been this way since 8.0 and I've found no fix.

Having exactly the same problem since 8.0.
1920 x 1080 resolution, 100% scaling in Fullscreen(Windowed) using a GeForce GTX 1060 6GB.

MSAA x2, MSAA x4, MSAA x 8...a white line through the character occures every time except when turning off Anti-Aliasing (but then the game doesn't look smooth anymore)

The white line appears when zooming out at around 7 - 8 'Ticks' of the mouswheel when starting in 1st-person-perspective.

When you have the double-pigtail hairstyle it gets even worse: the pigtails start to
point straight to the back causing a very irritating and annoying look.

UPDATE: While this doesn't fix the problem entirely, it (for me at least) has drastically reduced the opacity of the line down my characters; that being switching your Graphics API to DirectX 12, rather than 11.

While it's still not very compatible with Nvidia, it definitely boosts immersion not having to look at it anymore (at least without straining my eyes).

Seriously amazed by the lack of actual help and/or fix from blizz! What an abosulte lack of communication aswell…

Two whole years later and it’s still a massive issue. Makes some races borderline unplayable bcs there’s literally a big slash going from the neckline to pelvis. So done…
