Hi,

there is a bug , that you get Primal Chaos or Gold instead of Item of Titan Matrix IV.
It happens when you have 365 and 380 ilvl. After you get 366 or 367 ilvl, the quests give you Item or Titan Matrix IV again.
Many players did not realise it yet.

This is a gamebreaker bug. This needs a hot fix asap.
