Very very very dispoint to the customer service on eu

Hello everyone,
we are small group with 9ppl and we think we know, that new patch will have many bugs, we are so naive and though we are prepared for it.
BUT no, after last Guild disappart, we want make a charactertransfer.
Here beginns the nightmare.
ONE of us stack a post, which can not be deleted.
My friend wrote a ticket last week, 3 days ago, an idiot customer anwser him,
‘I saw there is a post not deleted, if u deleted this post, you can make a transfer.’
what was that, very helpfull!!! My friend just polit ask the customer deleted the post for him, because he can not do it.
till now, 3days gone, again no anwser for him.
An other ONE of us, who has stack by a quest for 4days, till 19.12 was fixed, and before he got no answers, no matter how many ticket he wrote.
An other TWO of us, can not make the factiontransfer, have to wait 3days.
and i must say, they get a quick answer from the customer service, i though maybe cause they have actually bought a service of the realmtransfer before.
AND there are an other TWO of us, who can not get the weekly reward,.
Seems they both can not get anythings this week, and most possible they can not get anything next week.
the bugs, we know and were just easy to accept.
but the service quality of WOW in EU, is so bad.
we were searching a solution for our friends last two weeks,
and read so many same situation, in US, in China.
the same bug with post, was fixed at China in 3hours, after the play wrote a short letter in foren, and at US sever was also fixed in one night, the play was not waited, but after a sleep was all fixed.
AND our EU service? ,oh we dont have any.
so bad experience before Christmas.

I cannot speak for other regions, but due the fact that…

… Players continue spamming tickets clogging up the ticket queue the waiting time increases, for everyone in the queue. You only need 1 ticket open, for the same subject. Every ticket, will receive an answer eventually.

At the EU forums however the queue cannot be bypassed, as this is not deemed fair with the high waiting times everyone has to endure to receive a reply.

After a ticket is closed, you can also submit feedback about the way your tickets has been handled.

If you could post what your friend wrote in the first ticket before he received this reply:

I could potentially point out what went wrong.

sure, thats the exuse of the delaying works. because the bugs are so many, and the service are so busy, and we can not anwser everyone, everyone are waiting.
seems like everyone should be wait for this.
seems like everyone should be accept the bad exprience.
seems like everyone should be greatfull for the bad service.
my friend ask for fix a post, which can not be deleted by his own, and the anwser is,
´i can see the post, (why he do nothing?) and if you deleted the post you can make the transfer (if my friend can easy do this, why would he ask for it???)´
he cant so he ask for help, and he got nothing, till now the post still stack on his postcase, and he get no answer after this.
you tell me, this is our player deservt?

Once again you can give feedback about the ticket after it’s closed. You did not post what his first petition was either so I can’t say if the GM was confused.

Go ahead and login to the character, for yes I am showing you to have mail in your mailbox from the auction house, as well one from another person with some dust inside it.

If you are not seeing the mail, please do make sure to disable all addons, and then login fresh to see if that will help load up the mail for you.

Ah Immark from Post can not be deleted, pls help :expressionless: Hmm. Seems problem became bigger with missing the free transfer window.

here is his last ticket, first two was no anwser after 5 days, so he wrote the 3rd, and get an answer, was very very helpfull.
we do not want to hear any excuse. i am just camplaining the bad service here.
we accept the situation, we have no choice and please customer service should just accept the worst rating from players, no excuse they did just so bad.
and you, i do not know who are you, one of the service or one of the player, i do not care.
we are small group with 11 players, and we got just 3 serious issues include 5 of us, who can not keep play.
Now you just try to make all things are the players deservt and all are their fault, please try harder.

No I never said that, do not put words in my mouth thanks. There’s now a more clear picture about the whole situation hmhm.

You can only wait for them to answer your ticket, you don’t go to the top of the queue if you reply to a ticket.

I don’t think your friend will get a free transfer either. You could have done it earlier rather than the last minute.

there is, we do not think anything, we were waiting and guessing how long will be fixed.
My friend was saying, it will most possible like, after one mouth the post deleted automatic by itself, and someone reply to his ticket with the useless words etc.
they maybe write like this one.

Unfortunately, this is not something we can help with over the forums.

The ticket wait times are definitely not ideal right now due to the ongoing global situation and the recent expansion release - but all open tickets are answered.

Generally Game Masters will not delete a mail if this is something players can do themselves - the Game Master did suggest removing addons to see if this helped though it seems it did not in this case :frowning:

Have your friend leave any existing ticket open and a Game Master will answer as soon as possible.

1st, my friend, who can not deleted the mail, had tried everything, but nothing works, after that he choose the last way, call a ticket and they say, try again try harder~ so funny and helpfull
2nd, other two friend of mine till now can not pick the weekly reward from M+ lastweek. of couse they wrote the ticket and of couse ticket are open, but let us guess, what is happenning.

like so real, tomorrow will be the next M+ reward, my friends were long give up for this week and next week, they expect maybe, just maybe, they could get a single weekly at this year, but who knows, i do not.

Like a friend said, wait for all issues went gone by themselfes, and the ticket will give a anwser with congratulations.

It seems to me this wouldn’t be an issue if the GMs had replied to your friend in an acceptable timeframe.

I don’t understand why Blizzard wouldn’t hire additional GMs to help manage the increase in demand from the pandemic and the up coming expansion.
If they have hired additional GMs then they massively underestimated demand.

And… Considering that they just closed the Versailles offices, and the RoI offices where most of the EU GM’s were based, and that social distancing is a thing in offices…

Where exactly would these additional GM’s work from? Blizzard doesn’t permit WFH.

Not only that, you need to factor in the training costs to train all these temporary GM’s… Yeah Blizzard is not going to do that when it just sacked a lot. I am not saying I agree with Blizzards policies, I am just pointing these things out.

Have your friend leave his ticket open and a GM (EU or US) will answer it as soon as it reaches the front of the queue.
