Veteran player looking for a Heroic raiding guild

Hello, my main class is paladin, I can fulfil any role, I actively play all 3 specs and over the years got Ahead of the Curves or Mythic+ rating for mount on each role, so I’m versatile. I am on Ragnaros realm, but with new changes I guess that no longer matters.
I am looking for a guild that is mainly focused on heroic raiding and doesn’t try to push Mythic progression down my throat once Ahead of the Curve is achieved. Been in a situation where guild gets bigger, starts doing Mythic and people who got raiding spots are now completely frozen out of raiding too many times.
