So I accepted the Vials of Eternity quest about a week ago so it could just sit in my log and I don’t have to worry about forgetting to pick it up later when the next phase comes out. Today I noticed it was gone from my log, and when I went back to CoT, Soridormi has no quest to offer me (nor does she have the greyed out ? above her head as if she thinks I have the quest). Has anyone else had this issue?

yes same issue here, i was sure i accepted the quest and now its gone
friends got the same behavior
