During the release of The War Within and the achievements became account wide. I was awarded the Veteran of the Horde 2. Which is Win 150 Rated Battlegrounds. The reward from this achievement is a mount, War Wolf.
However, if the player already owns that mount from the previous achievement Veteran of the Horde 1, then the player is mailed a Vicious Saddle which can be spent on a different mount from the PvP mount vendor.
The War Within expansion has been released since Aug 2024 and I still don’t have the Vicious Saddle mailed to me.
Can anyone from the development tech team please look into this as I have made 6 tickets total over this issue and the matter still isn’t resolved.
