After receiving the Achievement ‘Veteran of the Horde 2’ for 150 wins in RBGs during The War Within pre patch, you are ment to be rewarded with a Vicious Saddle item. The Vicious Saddle should of been mailed to the character but in the live game, this was not the case. It is a bug and not sure if Blizzard knows about it. I know there are other players out there with the same issue as well but again nothing has been resolved yet. Fix this please… we love our mounts.
I also got the 150 wins achieve upon logging into prepatch and got no mount/saddle, i submitted a bug report and made a ticket with a gm. They got back to me with a copy and paste on how to get a vicious saddle from the bar during the season, completely misunderstanding.
They didn’t seem to realise you normally get a saddle from the 75/150/300 wins achieve.
Hope they fix it soon, i feel robbed of a mount 
Request a ticket regarding the issue.
Open another ticket, and keep doing it until they solve your problem.
