Hi, blizzard had said, you can easily find proof in the old forums, that they were looking into new ways with which we can get vicious saddles in 8.1 tides of vengeance, but I haven’t seen any updates anywhere, and by now it’s around 3 weeks till patch and most patch notes are out.
Is there any info yet?

Mog is irrelevant to me, mounts are interesting though, looks like still no info then.
They said they’re reverting back to the old system.

It seems I misread this wrong went it originally was posted.
They are adding new mounts every season to a rotation, but the new vicious mounts released ‘thus far and in future patches won’t be sold by the vendor until they decide otherwise.

Currently, players can earn Vicious Saddles through the “Veteran of the Alliance” or “Veteran of the Horde” series of per-character achievements. We’re also working on some new ways players can earn Vicious Saddles in the next major content update, Tides of Vengeance.
Note that the Battle for Azeroth seasonal mounts will not be added to the saddle vendor until sometime after the conclusion of the final Battle for Azeroth PvP season. Until then, the only way to earn these mounts will be to actively participate in the associated PvP season."
And as far as I saw there’s still no news about these “new ways” to get saddles in 8.1 (some of us need them to catch up with the many old vicious mounts), will they actually implement that change?
