i cant get spark in pvp boxes its bugged pls fix (i mean half spark)

Me and my friend played close to 40 games of 2vs2, and we got zero Splintered Sparks of Dreams from arena. My friend did 5 bg’s and got one i suppose, seems abit low after the patch?

ye me to, no sparks somethings broken, iv geared so many characters but last character after patch impossible

This is the first time happening but after more that 50+ BGs and some arena i got 0 sparks which never happened before. Also The Emerald Dream reward gave me old one (450-463) which means something wrong i believe.

Hello,

While we do not have any known issue with the chances to obtain a Splintered Spark of Dreams when completing a PvP activity, I can confirm that they do not drop in the box itself (i.e. Victorious Contender’s Strongbox), but rather, that they have a chance to drop alongside one.

This means that if you are eligible for Splintered Spark of Dreams catch-up, you should be able to get one from PvP wins that award a box.

Before patch 10.2.6 i can farm with pvp winning and with boxes. Right now i cant get single spark on my new character just get 1 with weekly reward its look like beginning of the season. And a lot of people say we cant farm spark on pvp its not drop its look like bugged.

they just dont drop, not from participation, not from boxes, not from anything, started with last update

My friend and I noticed the same thing on our new characters that we started after the patch. No extra half-sparks in quite a number of ranked arena games and battleground blitzes. Also Malicia’s Hoard did not award a half spark despite the character having no progress whatsoever in season 3.

It’s 100% related to the new season data being added in this patch. The feature flag for catch-up might have been toggled off again.

Why are you changing stuff that already works, and then not even test it. I just came back after a 2 month break and lvled my paladin to 70.

I now have

88 shuffle rounds played - 48 rounds won
32 2s games played - 20 won

not a single spark dropped.

Before your change, i got splintedred sparks all the time on my fresh alts until i catched up.

Pls fix this

If you believe it’s bugged and they aren’t dropping then your best bet is to file a bug report in game. You won’t get a response but the information will go to the right people.

  1. Press Esc or click the ? button to open the menu.
  2. Click Support.
  3. Click Submit feedback or bug report.
  4. Enter the details of the bug into the Submit a bug description box, making sure to follow the guidelines outlined on the submission form.
  5. Click Submit.

Things were changed because something broke. This had (technically) nothing to do with the current situation.

It appears to be correct, and the developers found the issue last night. A hotfix was pushed and the issue should now be fixed. :slight_smile:
