If you’re not able to either get a 2 set bonus or 4 set bonus by using the creation catalyst, than it’s somewhat recommended to not use the CC until you can get a 2 set bonus or 4 set bonus since the charge carries over to next reset.
I’m at the point that i currently have at least one charge available but can’t get the 4 set bonus with only one charge. Is there anywhere i can see how many charges i currently have available? I can’t remember if i used my charge last week.

I currently have 2, so 2 set bonus.
craft ahead then, u will get 4p next week for sure then anyways.
I think that’s not a good idea since I can get tier from the vault next reset which means i wasted a charge.
i dont agree, since next weeek will give u 4p no matter what, and ur open to take any item from vault. but you do you. 
It gives more freedom to swap gear around if something nice drops and/or necessary but I guess the hording of the charges maybe goes more for the 2 set bonus. Either way, it’s still nice to somehow see how many charges you have available.

No he’s somewhat right about this because the charges carry over. So next reset i have two charges which means 2 new tier pieces, which means 4 set. It’s just better to save the charge currently imo.

You know that he wrote this after my post? I don’t need intellect, I need a ball to foresee the future. He said he didn’t remember if he crafted, you implied he did and said 4 pieces. I said 3 because for everyone unlucky is going to be 3, he said after that he did in fact already created and have already one tier piece so this week he has 3. He didn’t say that before.
You just assumed. You gambled, you won, that doesn’t make me dumb.
You can see the amount of charges when actually crafting a tier set item. After choosing which item to upgrade and clicking upgrade you get a confirmation popup showing you the resulting item and the number of remaining charges.
It would be nice to be able to see the charges somewhere. I haven’t been to use it yet myself. I would need something to put in it first

Whats gamble about that?.. i must be a special kind of smart.
i guess it could be a waste if you get a higher ilvl upgrade during the week (obviously for the cases only where you are not upgrading a max ilvl item)
but yea its not really a gamble on getting 4 set, as you’ll still be able to get 4 set next week, as even if you get a dupe in vault, you’ll still have had 4 charges to craft onto different pieces.
though I guess it may feel like a wasted charge if you loot the same tier piece in the vault later. maybe if you are collecting the full tier transmog set, it would potentially set you a week behind
