Vile Fumigator’s Mask needs to be turned into a Cosmetic transmog.
Or, even better, a toy that works in the same manner as Aquatic Shades. That way you can apply/disable it as you see fit on the fly.

Keep in mind that the current item type is a wearable with a special function. So what happens with that special function once you add it to cosmetics? Would probably require some custom-scripted game code to maybe add it as a toy for the spray and as a transmog appearance to the gallery.
