Hi all,
I never had this issue in the past but I think the quest Vision of the Dead in Nagrand may be bugged. Not the quest itself but the part where it says kill Aged Clefthoof to get the Aged Clefthood Blubber.
Normally I kill around 2 and got the blubber item on previous characters, but on this DK, I must of killed about 20 or more and no quest drop.
Anyone else on this same quest with this issue?

Im afraid that’s just bad luck. I killed them for over 30 mins the other day & it was quiet so i had them all to my self too, but it dropped eventually.

Well ok I abandoned the quest then picked it up and after 3 kills I had the item.
