Visual bug of the candle stuck on my charecters back

I have a visual bug on my paladin where the candle from the delve where you move a light around, is syuck visually on my back. I have tried transmogging and removing all armor. I have been back in the delve and picked up the light and relogged many times.

This has been like this for many weeks and unfortunately it makes a sound as well so its getting on my nerves.

How do I get rid of it. I have tried the ingame support and the bug report but noone answers.

This effect is from the quest Charging Up That Hill, which you’ll need to complete in order to remove it.
