Visual Bug TWW (double legion artifacts)

Since the start of TWW this visual bug has been present, can we please have this fixed cause it is very annoying since whenever you move it moves along with your main hand weapon. I’ve had this with multiple legion artifact appearances of different classes.

I’m trying PTR 11.5 and incredibly the bug is absent, the skull can be seen perfectly without the second skull
