Visual Clutter and Spell density problems

I returned after a long break, and usually I’m really not the person to “stand in the fire” (or swirly), but there is quite literally something between my eye balls and the floor effect - a million other spell animations.

I tried putting density to lowest (essential) but it’s not doing it for me.

Please if you guys have any advice, graphic settings, addons, whatever it may be to help out a bit. I currently play on a 15.6" laptop so I don’t have a lot of screen space.

In addition to what user Malicone linked, consider the following:

If you are melee, then, depending on your UI, consider hiding incoming healing and absorption received text:

/console floatingCombatTextCombatHealing 0

If you want the numbers back, replace ‘0’ with ‘1’.
