Voice Chat Error 2 since Update

I’ve been repeatedly encountering Voice Chat Error 2 since the latest update.
I have noticed this happens once leaving a voice chat group and trying to join a new one. The only way to resolve this issue is running Detect and Repair after every time I join a group voice chat.
Quitting and rebooting the game doesn’t help anything, only Detect and Repair for some reason.

Running Detect and Repair every 5 minutes up to an hour or so is becoming very frustrating. Is there is some better fix for this issue? I’m not the only one experiencing this.
My group has begun using external voice chat programs as well due to the same issue for now.
Are there any other resolutions to this problem besides using Detect and Repair?
