My cloak is rank 15 and i still haven’t seen it drop. I always made sure to kill Shaw even before i srarted doing full clears. Is it really that rare?
I just got it on my first 2 mask clear

I’ve got it twice, and it’s not like I spam visions, so it’s probably not that rare. Are you doing 5 mask runs? Maybe that affects it? I honestly don’t know.
I got it a week or two ago on like a 3 mask clear or something. But i also got the mail muncher when my cloak was rank 4 or something so maybe i’ve just hit a streak with lady luck when it comes to visions but they both seem pretty high droprate.
Got mine on one of those bugged runs, where I killed last boss because … not much I was able to do…
not really that rare, got it like 5 times already
