To be honest, I think they should have got rid of the transmog reduction passive.
Either reduce it for all races or just eliminate any fees for transmog altogether.
Your comment only shows that it’s a really well designed racial - not tied to any kind of player power, yet good enough to incentivise choosing a Void Elf over other races.
Maybe you can also get 2 charges on your hearthstone (terrible racial btw)

I would also be bitter if the other faction got a cooler looking version of my race.
You get nothing! But 50% cheaper!
Truth be told, even as a mage I wouldn’t be against a hearthstone-like ability, if it had a nice void-looking animation and some cool flavor text, like “Your contacts among the Ethereals allow You to use their portal network”.
