Sounds insane ngl but i think you should stay nelf since nelf is best alliance race for pvp
If there are no shackles then voidelf is probably very good to kite someones cd by
activating voidelf and going into the other direction for a while
then activating voidelf again, tho the cds are way to fast and bursty for this now
