Shouting into the void of the forums here because apparently thats the ONLY way we are allowed to report issues now…
Completed the watching a stream for 4 hours etc when the Faction Grrgles decor first came up on twitch, they came through to my account perfectly fine without issue.
Come to the Void Grrgle, I’ve done the exact same thing but to date I’ve still not received my Void Grrgle. I did everything that was required when they first went up, Messaged Twitch who confirmed that i’d met the prerequisites on their end and the message to give me the reward had been sent by the twitch system to Blizz but giving the pet is actually down to them.
I’ve been through all the troubleshooting content for not getting rewards, cleared cache etc etc. relinked my account on the twitch side. Came to try the relink on Blizz side only to see that theres a 10 day cooldown timer for unlinking and relinking twitch accounts.
Theres also a 10 day window for claiming stream rewards… so a 10 day claim limit and a 10 day cooldown for linking accounts…. this seems very badly thought out.
Raised a ticket in wow because of this timeline issue only to be told that instead of using a formal ticketing system I instead need to complain on the forums because they promise every single post on the forums is read by the dev bug team but the customer support team aren’t allowed to raise bugs with the bug team…
I pulled the trigger on unlinking and relinking my twitch account from the blizzard side despite the 10 day cooldown. once I was able to relink the account I look at the Blizz side and the twitch side, Twitch says the reward was claimed and sent to my account. my blizz account STILL doesn’t have the Void Grrgle.
I’m now going to go watch 4 hours of stream for the Pearl Grrgle. If that this one doesnt turn up either I might just go through myself off the tallest tower in silvermoon….
