Void paladin and Bard Rogue specs and more ideas

An Old God, possibly a ‘new’ one that has crashed upon Azeroth, could be played either as a straight villain or in the case of a ‘new’ Old God as a charismatic but aloof figure that is rebelling against the Void Lords and seeking safety in Azeroth. This would also open the door for a cosmic void based Paladin spec (called Inquisitor/Inquisition) that uses ranged ability’s (shockadin!), I would LOVE an Old God themed Bard 4th spec for Rogue called Minstrel (attacks like Dirge: DPS and Ballad: Heal) with an emphasis on using whispers, illusions and manipulation. Din of Darkness anyone? ;).

I also would love to see a support hunter spec called conjurer that uses mana and summons monsters/magic beasts instead of regular animals. Like in the videogame Nox. This could be like a mix between dark ranger/priestess of the moon/Shadowhunter.

Then we have death knights. I was watching one of those wow private servers on youtube. It had a new class called Knight of Xoroth. This would be a cool spec for Death knights. Instead of Ice they would use the fires of Xoroth and basically look like Bolvar. Summon flaming skeletons and ingniting their own swords. Ride Xorothian horses and maybe summon demons? One lore bit could be that since they are Undead they are the only ones who can wield the Xorothian flames magic so abundently without dying/burning unlike regular races well except the forsaken.

Also since death knights would be able to get to use demonic-like magic. Warlocks could get a necromancy spec.

but in all honestly I would pay an unconscionable amount of money to play a Murloc Bard.

Eh.

It sounds too magical to fit a hunter.

Also, id like to advocate for the no. The problem with support speccs is simple, it completely destroys the potientsl of its dps options.

Devoker is basically a dead specc since aug came in, because nobodies going to accept a devoker.

Id far rather see support speccs added by new classes then to see old speccs completely murdered by the existsnce of support options in the same class.

Support vs dps speccs in the same class are simply impossible to balance, and realistically should prolly be added to classes that dont have a dps specc tied to it for that reason, it wont end healthy.

The idea has been brought up before but i still think what we need is class skins (like warlock green fire). More classes just means more balancing issues.

This. There’s no need to reinvent the wheel when class cosmetics (optimally through glyphs) could do the trick.

There you go.

The bard class fantasy does not seem to be explored at all though. Void paladin though could just be a class skin

why not an undead paladin with unknown sexual orientation in a wheelchair who identifies himself as a cat?
roleplay hardcore! and most popular char in a special facility where supposedly there is internet.
