Anyone using Void ritual after buff? how is it now,Is it actually worth using now?
Pretty decent. Not that I have it, but heard from 3 people who’re decent players who like the straight up stat increase.
Edit: And let’s be honest, if we follow Blizzard’s pattern, there are new corruptions like tendril that do pretty ridiculous damage, so they’re next in line for nerfs.
Safe to say sticking with void ritual will be a very safe bet.
On this alt, R1 is currently worth 850 dps on Raidbots Dungeon Slice on 440 bracers compared to identical item with no corruption.
What was buffed about it? I basically never got the proc before the changes. And decided not to use it anymore
Thinking to remove my twilight devastation rank 1 i think it is,with 6% of max hp?? And maybe use my other piece that has void ritual
Appendage isn’t actually that good. It’s about a 4k dps increase for rank 3, which for 66 corruption is really low.
It does have a stupidly high variance though, so some pulls it pops off and shows high on logs. On average though, it’s pretty bad.

It averages ~10% of my dps in both m+ and raids. Not as strong as TD or stars but its still a solid dps increase. Still its super nice when it procs 3 or 4 in quick succession.
I still use mine ever since the patch launched, doesn’t hurt to have it actually.
It’s decent if you don’t have better corruptions for the scenario. It’s also quite versatile, so while you won’t use an Infinite Stars Corruption on an AoE Boss encounter, similar to how you won’t use Twilight Devastation on a Single Target Encounter, you can use Void Ritual on both, without really losing out.
It is still worse than most good corruptions, but it’s no longer a flat out bad corruption with an insane corruption cost.
Never got it to sim higher than literally any other dps corruption, including % of haste/mastery/crit
This site is just pure dps sims for what is most effective. They updated after the changes. It’s broken down into each spec (excluding healers) and you can see your corruptions simmed for both ST and Cleave.
