Void-Touched caches

I can’t seem to find answer anywhere.

Patch notes says Warbound Cache of Void-Touched items are being removed form vendor, replaced with new ones.

Are they being removed from personal inventory aswell if I bought them befire the patch?

I’m only interested in mogs, but my alts are not 90 yet, not sure if it’s safe to store them in warbank.

New cachces costs 200 accolade vs 75 for old ones.

New ones are 200 Accolade instead of 100 and providing a warbound Cache with Adventurer S2 Gear per slot.

It just means for collecting all the mog from caches you need to grind for Accolade much more. I don’t know why it is not left untouched for 100 Accolade providing e.g. just the same adventurer gear or non-upgradable gear based on greens ilvl.

But here we go collectors, just grind more, in this case x2.

I still miss like 25 mogs (item sources) from these caches. Hope the source ID remains the same for the adventurer gear or…

Ok confirming the info above, new adventurer track slot specific caches are 200 accolade now, so one time the grind than before the patch :frowning:

GJ Blizz, dunno why adventurer S2 track cannot be sold for 100 accolade.

Also the cosmetics only caches are still not fixed, if you have the source ID transmog from the regular cache, you cannot learn the different source ID for the same mog from the cosmetics cache  Thought this issue was fixed once and forever with 12.0. everywhere, now it appeared again in the case of these caches.

It is insane that they haven’t increased the reward amount of accolades to fit the new insane prices. Absolutely stinks of the typical “Fun detected” policy of Blizzard.

I have some bad news here, the new caches no longer provide the same source ID like the season 1 ones, so they literally removed all the transmog source IDs from the game :frowning:

Of course they did. I’d be suprised if they didn’t remove something from the game.

But this change makes zero sense.

First the cosmetics cache source IDs locked and unlearnable if you already know the other physical item source ID, which goes directly against the bug fix for all the incomplete ensembles they finally brought us in 12.0. So they fixed all the ensemble bugs only to introduce a new one or break the philosophy behind this fix again?

Then removing source IDs that could have easily stayed as they are and only the main item going from champion to adventurer track. As we have the same source ID for items from adventurer to hero track (delves e.g.) and persisting through seasons, I see no reason for this removal at all. Was it made by clueless developer or AI?

I don’t know, maybe an oversight or just being lazy, the latter is my bet.

Back in TWW with Flame Radiance Arathi mogs, when next season came out they simply changed item track to explorer or something, the ID was the same. More than that they made them BoE so you could buy it off AH for coppers, which was really a good call.

It seems they care very little about collectors with all the stuff being removed each patch. Too bad, i had over 10k currency stacked, could have bought it all.

Same here, I spent thousands and thousands on cosmetics that are gonna stay forever instead of buying the caches first, if only I knew…

They should really keep some develeopers who understand their game deeply as well the community and those should supervise the teams when these changes are implemented.

This could not go though any sane developer who knows the game and the community, collector’s mindset in this case.
