I leveled my priest to level 25, decided to go for Tailoring to get Epic Boots. I was doing the chain to get Void-Touched recipes, but unfortunately I selected wrong option at the last conversation with Shadowy Figure. By doing that, I am not able to get those recipes in any way - the only possibility is to create brand new character and start the process from scratch. I heard, that there are some people that did mistake similar to mine. Is there a possibility to get those recipes in any other way? I got Void-Touched shard that is basically useless right now, as those items cannot be crafted by someone else.
Please add an option to revert the decision made to Shadowy Figure so we are able to get those recipes.

Delete it, get a new „The box“ and repeat the cleansing process. Maybe the dialogue will beginn again from the start.
And this time don’t choose the option „I don‘t want anything from you“. I think Blizz expects us to at least read a little bit…I mean that’s not too much to ask^^
I tried it already, I was not able to loot another box with void-touched shard in bag/bank. I deleted shard, looted new box, destroyed the box by the altar and Shadowy Figure did not start answering 
Really? Hm sorry to hear almost gives some real RPG vibe right here where you have to play with the decisions made.

Yes, I was told by Customer Support that there is nothing that can be done and currently there is no workaround to get these recipes in any other way. Seems like I need to pray for someone to see this thread or for those items to be redundant in p2
