^ this is absolute baloney. this is a widespread issue and brushing it off as if it is the consumer’s responsibility is frustrating and comes off very unhelpful. get your team to do some diagnostics, and stop being unhelpful
Would love to help BUT I cannot create ticket/upload etc (“You can’t submit this ticket. An error has occurred.”) .
Is there an alternative way of creating tickets, upload logs since your current ticketing method is broken?

Magtheridon here. It is not a connection issue affecting a few players. Everyone in this zone is currently affected and has been for quite a while. Just as mentioned by many before, a few seconds delay on any actions taken. It’s completely unplayable and only affecting this zone.

its like u guys are doing it on purpose…everyday there is one or more zones that are affected by this unexplainable lag…and it is not playerside and u know it…

We should be given free sub time on our accounts as parts of wow are currently UNPLAYABLE.

Im currently playing on Doomhammer EU. Me and my mate was rolling some low lvl night elfs today. But we are having the same issue in the night elf starting areas. lag, long loading time on skills and looting, anooying as hell. 
By the looks of things, the node on 185.60.114.159 times out on pings from my system. The other nodes at 112.157 and 112.158 have an avg response of 12ms. I guess the error is easy to find then… /w me if you want the logs on pastebin…

I fully understand that this issue is highly frustrating but I want to make it absolutely clear that at no point are we saying this is client side. Some of you may know that we have had ongoing server issues for quite some time and this is something being actively worked on.
The reason we ask for these connection tests is to establish if everyone is going through the same problematic server or if there are multiple servers on the route to our game servers that are causing the problem. We can of course monitor the general chat of the affected zones to establish that there is lag but that doesnt help us towards fixing the issue. It for sure identifies a problem, but not what is causing the issue. Contrary to popular belief, servers are complex things.
To everyone providing data input for the issue, thank you very much as it has been collected and sent on to people that can take action on this problem. To those still experiencing issues, please do the WinMTR and/or Traceroute tests and provide them as a reply to this thread. You can provide them in plain text if you prefer or copy them over to a website like Pastebin and provide the link.

Still a problem on Emerald Dream too, seems other areas are fine just not there. Its impossible to play with that problem in the game.
Just to add to this, Mechagon & Vol’dun are lagging badly, but ONLY when WM is OFF. WM on is okay. So that might help narrow it down.
People in Voldun on Emerald Dream say it have been a problem for 4 days now which i find unacceptable i first noticed today when bringing my alt there.
Warmode on or off, Blizzard should really get it fixed.
Draenor, Massive lag in Vol’dun still. very frustrating to play right now.
Only two zones I have stuff to do are lagging so much that they dont basically work at all. I really was expecting them to be fixed after weekend was over, but nope it seems. I’m waiting for a week, my next subscription payment is at roughly 10days so I’m stopping it there, if problems arent fixed.
Its not like you care about my few € and no one else will either, but I dont need to pay for something that isnt functioning correctly and seemingly isnt being fixed. Perhaps those of you who dont have relevant reason to keep your subscription going might consider stopping it too until they get a reason to start it again?
Edit: Out of the three ip’s listed, tracert timeouts happen only with the third IP ending at .159.
The others work fine.
This is 5 days now this has been going on. That is pathetic support. All it takes is a network engineer to use Wireshark or whatever your preferred app is for network troubleshooting who know what they are doing to pinpoint where the issue is and either fix it if there is a network issue (9/10 times its not) or pinpoint what server/app is taking so long to respond.
Here are my WinMTR traces on all 3 servers whilst in Vol’dun although we both know you’re not going to do jacksheet with them anyway. Why don’t you just be open and honest with the community and tell us what you actually know and what you are doing to deal with this instead of just copy/pasting responses.
