Volume on "/emotes" Drasticly changed

Been playing for Retail to classic back an forth a bit an noticed that “Classic” has a LOT more soul when it comes to RP or character emertion. Where did the /emote sound volumes go? It’s very very silent an I can barely hear people do emotes, let alone my own, In classic wow it’s full of nice greetings an iconic quotes, like when an undead comes over an says: /hello → “Hi there” An you’d read that thinking of the voice of a male undead too if you played enough wow. Why is the “Emote” volume not adjustable in the settings?

We need easy fix to this problem of making retail wow a bit more soulful. Give us the option to control volume on emotes an access emotes from more than just party members. (Sense I remember in Shadowlands there was a patch that changed along with Faction teamup that made emotes not play in sound when spoken)
