The proc rate is very very low. I have 200% haste and still does not proc within 2 minutes. It needs to be fixed. I know blizzard are retards but even they can see that this is not alright.
Can you clarrify witch spec do you play? Because for me, VoP doesn’t proc for demo, but for destro or affli this is much better.
I tried it on demo. For Afflixion I never use it. For destro proc rate is kind of OK but still find it trash. If battle is not very AOE oriented I always go with memory.
And my point is: On demo should proc the most because you have constantly more haste than others. I think Blizzard do their “balancing”. but for balance you need brain Blizzard, and you are not very good at that.

Demo is only able to proc effects like Azerite talents/essences/corruptions only with shadow bolt, demonbolt, hand of Gul’Dan, Implosion (one per cast), Balescourge bombers. Other your damage sources like demons and their attacks can’t proc such effects. I made several topics, wrote numerous bug reports, wrote in tech support, but blizz didn’t gave a crap about that.

Come on, they do not give a crap for crashes of the game 
We do not stand a chance with something like that. It is really shame that all their work is on that level never tested.

Insane how your dps depends if you get a vop proc when building up a tyrant.
Some pulls I can go up to 230k dps with amazing rng and then again other pulls with zero procs between 100-115k dps.
I’d rather have charges on vop tyrant instead of random procs.
Like i said before, you can proc it only from small number of your abilities, and if you look closely at your damage when you dps someone, you’ll see that most of the time YOUR damage that could proc VoP is only 10% from your overall DPS.
All your Shadow bolts, Demonbolts, HoG, Implosions hit target once in every couple of seconds, while damage of your demons deal damage in the constant basis, but their damage can’t proc anything.

Vop is only great for destro, because our immolate can proc VOP. That being said, it’s bis major, reducing Tyrant’s cd is quite strong !
Devs don’t visit eu forums or listen to eu feedback so regardless of how kind he is he won’t get anything
